Hire Me,Cant Fire Me

Day#15

hired - (job related)
obtain the temporary use of (something) for an agreed payment.
fired - (job related)
dismiss (an employee) from a job.

Hiring someone is one of the major work done by the Boss on the organisation, When a person is hired it's not just that he's gonna be getting paid for something , it also comes with the understanding that the person is gonna be a part of the organisation from that point and that's what matters the most.

Getting fired at work isn't a bad thing, or doesn't mean that you are not eligible for working in an organisation. Its means that there is a different opportunity out there for you which is still awaiting your return.

Let me give an example,
The First Job I went into, well I got fired. Because of well, it wasn't my cup of tea. Know one thing guys when it comes to working it all requires one major principle, "Love what you work", because if that's not gonna happen. It’s gonna end either with you quitting or getting fired.

There is a huge difference between getting fired and quitting your job. When you get fired it's from their perspective "they say you're not good for the job" , Quitting the job is your decision, knowing that the job isn't worth it Finding the worth  in each job is the first thing, in case you find the job to be boring there is no use in fighting in day and night for it.

Although people end up in jobs for money, a few numbers of people are in the jobs that they love. In the end, all that matters to be is

"Choose a job that you love, and you would not have to work a single day again"

With this principle to follow, I wish you all a good luck with the Job
