Routine is the process of things flowing into place just the way you want it. This is one of the few phrase or word which is available in a noun and adjective and verb.
Do you see that rare word next to the verb, that's because people don't use it much, the routinely is like a daily day job,yet we miss it?
Although we don't follow a routine, our body is clocked down to a certain routine every single day just like how we get up and the first thing that we do is look at the phone? This doesn't change does it?
Sleep --> Getting up --> Getting Ready --> Work --> Back home --> Eat & Sleep
this is the cycle that we often follow up with, although there are a bit of change here and there, it's the major role that plays in our daily life.
The routine will make life Boring, this is one of the major myths that make people avoid the routine. Imagine doing the same thing over and over again over a period of a few days and you say that you get bored??
We sleep every single day, doesn't seem to be bored about that?
We eat every single day, doesn't seem to be bored about that?
We speak to the same idiot or best friend every single day!
Why don't we get bored? Simple we don't do the same thing over and over again. We eat Toast and Eggs for day 1 and then day 2 its bacon or pancakes, We talk abt bikes for a day the next day its abt girls!
Same theory, why consider every day to be the same? don't change the routine change what's in the routine, that way we can be sure that we don't get bored with the things.
Routines are simple to follow make sure you have a check list of things to do every day with new things on the list every single day!
